Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product or service purchased from Servisco, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product or service must be unused or in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Some services may not be eligible for a refund once they have been used or activated.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service or subscription, you may do so by following these steps:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service or renewal date.
  • For monthly or yearly subscriptions, cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of a subscription.
  • If the service has already commenced or been delivered, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

Processing Time

Refunds and cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of request. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been successfully processed.
